SF6 gas moisture is not only a major item for gas quality acceptance but also a key index to evaluate installation, maintenance and operation of SF6 electrical equipments. In IEC60480-2004 Guidelines for the checking and treatment of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) take from electrical equipment and specification for its re-use, moisture is listed as a detection item for SF6 fresh gas, equipment acceptance, preventive test and maintenance.
JHSF4000-1 quickly and accurately detects the moisture in SF6 filled equipment. With high performance capacitive sensor, temperature and pressure compensation, special gas path dry measure, best detecting procedure, it features high precision, good stability, good resistance to disturbance, quick response, wide linearity, convenient operation and little gas consumption etc. The gas flow for detection is 500ml/min, and the detection lasts for 3 – 5 minutes, applicable for on-site detection. As inspected by the National Institute of Metrology, it is of excellent performance.
